These general terms and conditions apply to all purchases on beats.leipzig-tonstudio.de.

Sec. 1 Provider and scope
The provider is Fabian Günther, Tonstudio Leipzig, Bernhard-Göring-Straße 17, 04107 Leipzig, Germany, email impressum@leipzig-tonstudio.de. The beats are created in collaboration with Anton. Licenses to digital beats are sold to consumers and businesses. Deviating terms of the customer do not apply.
Sec. 2 Conclusion of contract
The presentation of the beats is an offer to buy. By clicking “Order with obligation to pay” you place a binding order. The contract is concluded once I confirm the order by email or unlock the file. Before submitting you can correct your details at any time. The contract language is German or English, depending on the site language chosen. I store the contract text, and you receive the order confirmation and these terms by email.
Sec. 3 Subject: digital license
You do not acquire ownership of the rights in the beat, but a simple, non-exclusive right of use within the scope of the chosen license (Basic, Premium or Unlimited). The details are in the License terms. Exclusive and sync licenses are available on request only.
Sec. 4 Prices and payment
All prices are final prices. VAT is not shown under Sec. 19 of the German VAT Act. There are no shipping costs. The payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment is due with the order.
Sec. 5 Delivery
Delivery is digital as a download, immediately after payment has been received. Access lasts 365 days with no limit on the number of downloads. More under “Delivery and download”.
Sec. 6 Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. For digital content it expires early if I have begun performance after you expressly consented and confirmed that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (Sec. 356 (5) German Civil Code). The full notice is under “Withdrawal”.
Sec. 7 Rights of use and duties
You use the beat only within the license terms. The beat file must not be passed on or resold. With every release the credit “Prod. by Tonstudio Leipzig” must be given. If you breach the terms, the license ends.
Sec. 8 Defects
The statutory rights in case of defects apply. If a file is damaged or incomplete, I will provide it again free of charge. That a beat does not match your taste is not a defect. Please listen to it before buying.
Sec. 9 Liability
I am liable without limit for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body and health, and under the Product Liability Act. For slightly negligent breach of essential contractual duties, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract, and is otherwise excluded. Statutory rights of consumers remain unaffected.
Sec. 10 Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, the mandatory consumer law of the state of your habitual residence remains unaffected. For businesses, the place of jurisdiction is Leipzig. I do not take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. If individual provisions are invalid, the rest remains valid.
