This withdrawal notice applies to all beat licenses purchased on beats.leipzig-tonstudio.de. They are digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium but as a download.

Withdrawal notice for consumers
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me (Fabian Günther, Tonstudio Leipzig, Bernhard-Göring-Straße 17, 04107 Leipzig, Germany, phone +49 159 02225021, email impressum@leipzig-tonstudio.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, I must reimburse all payments I have received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which I received the notice of your withdrawal. For this reimbursement I use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you be charged any fees because of this reimbursement.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal
For a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal expires early if I have begun performance of the contract after you expressly consented to my beginning performance before the withdrawal period expires, and you acknowledged that by your consent you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins (Sec. 356 (5) German Civil Code).

Notes
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot predominantly be attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activity. Buyers acting in the course of business have no statutory right of withdrawal.
When withdrawing, please state your order number and the name of the beat so that I can match it clearly. More information on delivery is in “Delivery and download”, the usage rights are in “License terms”.
