License terms
These license terms define what you may do with a beat you have bought. The beats are created in collaboration with Anton and licensed through Tonstudio Leipzig.

All licenses are non-exclusive: the same beat may also be licensed to others. Live performances are allowed without limit in every license. All prices are final prices. VAT is not shown under Sec. 19 of the German VAT Act.
What you may do
- Use the beat as the basis for your own song, with vocals, rap or further instruments.
- Release the resulting song and distribute it through streaming services, up to the limit of your license.
- Publish music videos for the song, up to the number in your license.
- Perform the song live, without limit.
- Distribute sold copies of the song (downloads, CDs, vinyl) up to the limit of your license.
The license is valid worldwide, without time limit, and only for you (or the project for which you bought it). It is not transferable.
What you may not do
- Pass on, sell, lend, upload or sub-license the beat file itself as a beat or instrumental, not even in altered form.
- Claim that you composed the beat yourself or that you acquired the full rights to it (full rights only come with an Exclusive license).
- Register the beat with a recognition service (Content ID), unless agreed with me beforehand. Otherwise claims can arise against other licensees and against me.
- Exceed the limits of your license. If a limit is exceeded, you can upgrade to a higher license, get in touch with me for that.
Credit
With every release, credit the beat as follows (title description, video, streaming service, wherever there is a field for it):
Files, stems, Exclusive and sync
- Files: Basic includes the beat as MP3, Premium and Unlimited as WAV and MP3.
- No stems. Individual tracks are not supplied.
- Exclusive (exclusive rights, the beat is taken off the offering afterwards) and sync licenses (film, advertising, games) are available on request only, at an individually agreed price.
Rights in the beat
All rights in the beat that are not expressly granted to you remain with the authors. The license is a simple, non-exclusive right of use. The rights are not sold.
If you breach these terms, the license ends. Statutory claims remain unaffected.
