The site runs on a server of Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany (a data processing agreement is in place). When you visit, the server briefly stores technical data: IP address, date and time, requested address, browser and operating system. This is necessary to deliver the site and to fend off abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log files are deleted after a short time.

Technically necessary cookies (for example for the cart and checkout) are set without consent (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, Sec. 25(2) TDDDG). Other cookies, for example for audience measurement, only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

If you write to me, I process your details (name, email, message) to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). I delete them once the request is dealt with and no retention duty applies.

For a purchase I process name, billing address, email address, order data (beat, license, price) and payment data as far as needed to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). A customer account is not required, you can buy as a guest.

To prove your agreement to the terms and to the immediate start of performance, I store the time and a short, non-reversible value (hash) of your IP address at the time of the order (Art. 6(1)(c) and (f) GDPR).

Because of tax and commercial law duties I keep order and invoice data for up to ten years (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), after which they are deleted.

The payment methods on offer are shown at checkout. When paying, you enter your payment data directly with the respective payment provider. I pass on only the data needed for processing (amount, order number, contact details). The provider processes it under its own responsibility according to its privacy policy, which is available when you select the payment method.

For invoices and bookkeeping I use the software Lexware Office of Haufe-Lexware GmbH & Co. KG, Freiburg, Germany. I transmit invoice data there (name, address, items, amounts) to issue invoices and meet bookkeeping duties (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR). A data processing agreement is in place.

When you download a purchased file, order number, time and technical connection data are processed to check your access right and its expiry (365 days) (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. Write to the address above for this.
